Bookkeeping

Here at East Riding Office Services we aim to offer you the complete package. We are very experienced in using Sage as a bookkeeping package and can do your day to day books using Sage or, if you would prefer, using a cashbook. We’re happy to continue a system you already use or talk about changing over to a more suitable system, such as Sage.

Our location and involvement can be discussed to decide what would be best for your business and suit your needs. We can come to your business and work alongside you or we can look after things from our own office. This can be weekly, monthly or quarterly, whatever fits in with your business.

VAT Returns

If your business is VAT registered we can run your quarterly VAT Returns all as part of our bookkeeping services. Ensuring you never miss a filing or payment deadline.

If you’re thinking about registering for VAT or have reached the Revenue’s threshold for registering, we’re happy to explain any questions you may have regarding any involvements once you become registered.

Payroll Services

We also offer payroll services. Under the new H M Revenue & Customs guidelines for Real Time Information (RTI), if a business has employees who pay National Insurance and/or has Tax Deductions then weekly or monthly payments must be submitted online. We can ensure the necessary submissions are made and will calculate your monthly or quarterly PAYE payments due to H M Revenue & Customs and end of year Returns for the payroll.
